Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Locations for Returns: United States only

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective, return shipping is on us. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Customer Remorse Returns

For returns due to customer remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  3. Reach out to your bank; there’s often some processing time before the refund is posted.

We accept exchanges. Please email us at support@TheMedicalHaus.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

When returning a product, it must be sent back in its original packaging along with all parts and components. For any warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. However, if the product arrives damaged, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
